Built in 1926 and used as “The Ritz-Carlton” in former times this building still shows a lot of charm. The entrace is lined with columns and the hallways are spacious. Each of the 26 units renovated units has it’s own layout, but all of them have hardwood floors, modern features and hot water included. A spacious laundry room in the basement is available for the tenants 24/7. Parking is offered on a first come first serve basis in the back of the building.
