With more than 15 years in the property management field, Mr. Cohen delivers a great deal of experience leading the team at Boston Property Management. Mr. Cohen oversees all of the daily responsibilities of running the property management team as well as interacting with the portfolio of clients. Mr. Cohen strives to ensure that all of the portfolio properties and associations are performing optimally and continually looking for ways to improve operations and service to benefit the end user. Mr. Cohen began his career in the property management field with his own firm, where he successfully managed ten distinct multi-family properties throughout Greater Boston. Through dedication and hard work, Mr. Cohen, through Boston Property Management, now oversees a portfolio of more than 900 units with an asset value in excess of $250 million.
As CEO of Boston Property Management, Mr. Cohen is involved in all of the day to day operations; including marketing, staffing, budgeting, field work supervision and fiscal oversight. Mr. Cohen’s focus is to apply his experience to provide a product that sets the standard for the industry and to continue to look for ways to expand their service platform.
Jon graduated from Northeastern University in 2003 with a dual major in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Kayla Arons is the Senior Accountant for Boston Property Management. After receiving her degree in Business Administration from UMASS Amherst in 2015, Kayla began her career in accounting at a small real estate development firm.
In her current role, Kayla oversees the day to day financials for all of our portfolio properties. She prepares monthly and annual reporting packages, handles year-end tax preparation, and assists with new property acquisitions.
Since joining Boston Property Management in 2009, Maren has developed significant experience in all facets of the real estate market. Maren is BPM’s top liaison for all transactions related to leases, rent collection and tenant communication. As a senior property manager Maren is responsible for the management part of Boston Property Management’s 900+ units.
After graduating from Frankfurt University in Germany, with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources, Maren gained valuable corporate experience in various roles in Europe and the United States.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, Bryan has a deep passion for Boston Real Estate. After graduating UMASS Amherst, he moved to Boston and immediately began his career in property management. For the last four years Bryan has worked as first an Assistant PM and then Property Manager in and around Boston. Bryan specializes in the management of boutique residential condominiums and apartments. Starting in 2022 Bryan transferred to the maintenance side of the business and is overseeing the South Shore properties.
Flavio Pereira, who goes by Manny, lives in the North Shore. With his 15+ years of experience in maintenance he is a great addition for BPM to manage the North Shore.
Nancy joined Boston Property Management in January of 2021. Since joining the company, she continues to develop her knowledge in all areas of real estate.
Nancy has worked with our residents in daily communications and rent collections and guarantees that each tenant’s individual needs are met. She has developed a knowledge base of both market and subsidized units and has a strong relationship with all the housing agencies in the Metro Boston area. Currently Nancy focuses on our vacancy units and works closely with brokers and housing on placing new tenants in our apartments.
Nancy studied Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University and has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality and customer service field.
Originally from NH, Daniel moved to MA straight out of college. For the last six years he worked in Leasing and Property Management in Boston’s Metro West and South Shore areas. During his professional career he has overseen leasing and rent communication for properties ranging from 150-700 units. Daniel joined Boston Property Management in 2021 and is managing properties with 3 to 60 units.
Maribel Fontanez joined Boston Property Management in 2021. With over 10 years of experience in property management, she has extensive knowledge and a passion for the industry.
Maribel has worked with both residential and commercial properties alike and has served the Boston and Greater Boston areas. Tenants value that Maribel strives to ensure a thorough and seamless experience for them and can assist in Spanish if required.
Ayahnna joined Boston Property Management in 2022 as Assistant Property Manager. Ayahnna Williams is a Licensed Realtor who served the Greater Boston area in rentals and sales for many years. Throughout her career in real estate, she’s helped her clients develop financial strategies while educating them on financial literacy. Prior to real estate, she worked in the healthcare field for over ten years. Ayahnna’s passion for helping others has led her to join Boston Property Management in 2022. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, cooking and dining at new restaurants.
Inna Holosinska was born and raised in the Ukraine, where she got a degree in programing. After moving to US, she found her passion in working with people and went back to school for business management. Inna believes in value of customer service, and she enjoys working on making tenants happy. Outside of work Inna enjoys reading books, exercising and traveling.
Raymond joined Boston Property Management in 2021 as a Junior Accountant. He was born and raised on the south shore where he currently lives with his growing family. While working in the automotive industry, Ray received his bachelor’s degree in general management with a minor in Accounting and Finance from Bridgewater State University in 2008 and is currently working towards an MBA Degree. Ray as over 15 years of sales, management, and accounting experience in both retail and automotive industries.
As a Property Accountant, Ray oversees accounting and finances for several properties as well as manages vendor billing and assists with payables.
Mbom DeAndrade is an AP Specialist at Boston Property Management. Mbom was born in Cameroon and moved to the South Shore of Boston with her family as a child. She is currently assisting the accounting team with various daily tasks and assignments and has been a significant contributor to managing the daily workload. In her previous roles, she has worked for small consulting firms helping developments stay in compliance by running housing lotteries, managing and filling affordable housing units.
Olgaris Rojas joined Boston Property Management in 2022. With over 5 years of customer service experience andan eye for detail she is a great asset to the accounting team.Olgaris grew up in Boston and loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Karen Williams is a native of Boston, Massachusetts. She studied Business Administration at Eastern Nazarene College and proceeded to work as a Financial Aid Adviser for over 15 years at The New England Institute of Art. Karen worked with students and families to determine how to finance their entire college education. Assisting people to accomplish their dreams and goals has always given her great joy, which is the primary reason she decided to become a Licensed Realtor. As an agent her client’s needs and concerns are her number one priority. Karen is very familiar with all housing voucher and RAFT programs.
After studying at the Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy Kareen Williams spent the next 15+ years as a financial aid coordinator at The New England institute of Art and Toni & Guy Hair Academy. Being a landlord herself ignited her passion for real estate and she obtained her license in 2017. Kareen enjoys meeting new people and her main priorities are to have happy, satisfied clients and she is dedicated to exceeding their expectation. Kareen has the ability to help buyers, sellers, and renters realize their real estate goals by providing the information and guidance they need.
